How do baking cookies ever be quick? You normally must obtain a scale, then carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, then cut out small cookies into heart, star and moon shapes then wait the next century'til they are baked.
NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That's just how I roll. But I stumbled upon these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)
Okay, they don't taste exactly like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Rather they are a bit more gooey and don't crumble whatsoever.
But what mostly convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.
Possibly the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is they call for just 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anyone can mix two ingredients.
Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!
It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you consume them), however I must say one more amazing thing about those cookies.
They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the rest inside an hour.
They are ideal for hiking trips or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep these as a quick snack in my back pack.
It must also be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I still feel these would be the only really healthy cookies that have been produced by humankind *.
Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which subsequently will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for more during the day.
Those nutrients comprise manganese, great for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- significant for energy production to allow you to feel more awake
Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not only because they contain a decent quantity of good carbohydrates but for being the huge players in the potassium game.
Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a tough day before you.
As you can see, I am a huge fan.

2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really nicely )
Optional: The Healthiest Cookies EVER (Paleo, Vegan) Detoxinista
2 tsp cinnamon
1 little handful raisins
1 small number walnuts, crumbled
1 little number sesame seeds, pear
You can add pretty much whatever you enjoy!

If you don't have that make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )
To make the cookie shape only grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It's super fast and simple.
Away it goes into click this the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
EQUIPMENT: You just need a solid baking tray and a few parchment paper, trendy also.
